He thrives on working with entrepreneurs and innovators.

Glenn understands the inner workings of the residential development industry; knows the players; knows the regulators; knows the approvals process; been in the game most of his working life.
He leads by pushing down responsibility, expecting those closest to the action to be part of the decision process. He’s a coach by instinct – preferring to guide, rather than control. It’s a skill he hones in his personal life as well - coaching ‘rep’ hockey in his community. It takes patience and intense planning.
What He’s Good At
Glenn is a consensus builder. His sensitivity to the real estate world makes him a good reader of people. He intuitively knows what’s important to developers and cuts through the technical jargon to get them quickly where they need to be.
He’s a prolific idea generator.
